Quick Start Guide
Get up and running with FluxCascade in under 10 minutes.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have:
- A FluxCascade account (sign up free)
- Admin access to at least two systems you want to connect (e.g., HubSpot + Jobber)
- API credentials or OAuth permissions for your systems
Step 1: Connect Your First System
- Navigate to Connections in the sidebar
- Click + Add Connection
- Select your first platform (e.g., HubSpot)
- Click Connect and authorize FluxCascade in the popup
- Once connected, you'll see a green "Connected" status
Step 2: Connect Your Second System
Repeat the process for your target system (e.g., Jobber):
- Click + Add Connection again
- Select Jobber
- Authorize the connection
- Verify both systems show as "Connected"
Step 3: Create a Field Mapping
Now let's map data between your systems:
- Go to Mappings in the sidebar
- Click New Mapping
- Configure your mapping:
- Source: HubSpot → Contacts
- Target: Jobber → Clients
- Direction: Bidirectional
- Click Continue to Field Mapping
Mapping Fields
FluxCascade will suggest field mappings automatically:

Review the suggestions and click Save Mapping.
Step 4: Run Your First Sync
With your mapping configured:
- Go to the Integration Map or Syncs page
- Find your new mapping
- Click the Sync Now button (⚡)
- Watch the sync progress in real-time
