A synced record is counted each time a record is created or updated during a sync operation. If the same contact is synced multiple times in a month, each sync counts as a separate record.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
On the Starter plan, syncs will pause until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade. On Pro, you can continue syncing beyond 25,000 records at $0.001 per additional record - you'll just see overage charges on your next invoice. We never delete your data or configurations.
Currently we offer simple monthly billing only. For Enterprise customers, we can discuss custom billing arrangements that work best for your organization.
Absolutely! Pro and Enterprise plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You'll have full access to all features during the trial period.
We currently support HubSpot, Jobber, Pipedrive, and Salesforce (beta). We're constantly adding new integrations based on customer feedback. Check our integrations page for the latest list, or request a new integration if you don't see what you need.
