A synced record is counted each time a record is created or updated during a sync operation. If the same contact is synced multiple times in a month, each sync counts as a separate record.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from Settings → Billing. When upgrading, you typically get access to higher limits right away; downgrades usually take effect at the start of the next billing period.
On the Starter plan, syncs pause when you hit your monthly limit until the next cycle or until you upgrade. On Pro, you can keep syncing beyond 25,000 included records at $0.001 per additional record (shown on your invoice). We don't delete your configuration.
We default to monthly billing. Enterprise customers can discuss annual or custom terms with sales.
You can start on the free Starter tier (no credit card). Paid upgrades use the same plan limits you see here and in Settings → Billing.
